Q. Does the price include set up and delivery?
A. Most of our items include local set up, but delivery is extra based on mileage.
Q. Do you deliver to other cities?
A. Yes, but please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labour, travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Q. Does the standard rental time include your set up time?
A. No. We will arrive at least a couple of hours before your party start time. On busy weekends, we may even deliver the evening before. We will notify you as your event date approaches.
Q. When do you set up?
A. This depends on how many rentals we have that day and the items you are hiring. We will email you about a week in advance to confirm approximate delivery times.
Q. We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A. No. The jump should be clean when you receive it. Four Seasons Rental cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Q. Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A. Yes. A blower keeps air in the unit at all times. Once unplugged, it will deflate. This is why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can trip circuit breakers, so we provide heavy-duty cables.
Q. What about parks?
A. Unfortunately, we do not normally set up in parks. Some exceptions may apply for large orders or corporate events.
Q. What payments do you take?
A. Deposits must be paid by credit card; however, the remaining balance may be paid in cash. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry change.
Q. What if we need to cancel?
A. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of the reason. If you notify us at least two weeks before your event, we can transfer your deposit to another date. If notified less than two weeks prior, the deposit is forfeited.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes. All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
